Limited Warranty

The customer will inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and must notify the Seller within 7 working days confirming in writing/email if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Terms & Conditions. If the customer fails to do so the they shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Electronic Cigarettes being Oral related products once used cannot be returned, unless faulty within the 30 days period. Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to delivery, but once the order has been delivered it can only be returned if it remains unopened, the customer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs plus any restocking fee deemed necessary, up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.

In the event that your product suffers a manufacturer defect within a 30 day period from the original purchase date CLEARVAPE.COM will replace or repair the affected part, but the customer must note that batteries and atomisers will degrade over a period of time and the lifespan of an aomiser/clearomiser is between 12-60 days and batteries life spane is between 2-4 months. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or use, unauthorized modification or charging batteries with the incorrect charger/s. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law. We do not give warranty on stolen/lost items.
